Where do you find it?
In everything;
Opening my eyes, feet touching the floor, sounds outside the window,
Being alone, with friends, a trip, my next door neighbor, the argument with
mother, sister, brother, friend, lover…
My students, associates, teachers, the teapot, the kettle as it whistles noisily
on the stove
The television, a good book, spoken and written words, colour, texture
crying, laughing, the storm that woke or the one that scared to sleep
Pain, pleasure, anger, hurt, new shoes, old ones…
Being lazy, over work, a great piece of music, a voice, a movie, being broke
feeling tired
Being still, dancing, writing, reading, playing, making love, feeling clumsy,
singing, walking, looking at leaves falling, listening to water rolling,
slap slap slapping, scampering and slithering through drains, being poured,
just running at will
Playing in sand, cleaning, cooking, planting, weeding
Taking a shower, dressing, sleeping, shitting, eating, driving, longing
yearning, creating, buying, selling, whispering, yelling, screaming.…
Just by being SILENT and OBSERVING you....Shush...Please be
